I just connected my phone to my gmail account, but I can't figure out how to delete messages from my inbox. Is there supposed to be a delete button somewhere because I can't find it, or perhaps there's another way to delete mail? Could somebody please enlighten me? Thanks for reading.

If you have the email open on the bottom you'll find the delete.
If not in the upper right hand corner is an edit button. Go down the row tapping each email and you'll hear select. On the bottom right corner is trash.
